About Beef Porterhouse Steak

The Porterhouse or “King” Steak is a big and delicious bone-in steak. Like it’s smaller brother, the T-Bone, the Porterhouse combines portions of a New York Strip steak (the big part) and a Tenderloin Steak (the little part) on each side of the bone. Enjoy both steaks, and don’t worry, it’s okay to gnaw on the bone when you’re done!
