These bone-in steaks will be aged for 21+ days in our coolers to impart a distinctively rich flavor and tenderness to the meat. Some people describe the flavor as nutty, others as buttery, and others pick up savory, mushroom-y notes, but however you describe it, the flavor is unforgettable.
We will have a limited number of steaks available starting Friday, February 8th. We cut steaks at 1″ thick, unless specially requested thicker, and each steak weighs around 1.25#. We are offering them for $17.99/lb. or approximately $22.50 per steak. Reserve soon to ensure you get a steak!
