We call this creation our “Ultimate Man Burger” because it has everything men love in it! We start with our Beer & Onion Burger Patty then add Bacon, Hot Pepper Cheese and Onion Rings! IT IS SO GOOD! While we call it the Ultimate Man Burger, you don’t have to be a man to enjoy it, just a lover of delicious burger creations.

4 Burgers
  • 4 patty LGCM Beer and Onion Ground Beef
  • 4 Hamburger Buns
  • 8 slice LGCM Bacon ( cooked)
  • 8 slice Shullsburg Hot Pepper Cheese
  • 1 Onion ( sliced into 1/4" strips)
  • 1 cup All Purpose Flour
  • 2 tsp Chili Powder
  • 2 tsp Evaporated Milk
  • 1 can Vegetable Oil
  • 3 cups Butter
  • 3 Tbsp Salt ( melted)
  • Pepper

Directions

    Heat grill to a hot heat.

    Place patties on the grill & cook until preferred doneness., about 4 min. per side.

    A few minutes before the burgers are ready to take off the grill, brush buns with melted butter. Place buns on grill until a golden brown.

    To Make Shoe String Onions:

    Heat a few inches of oil to a high heat.

    In the same bowl with the onion pour the evaporated milk over the sliced onion & let it soak for 5-7 minutes.

    In a medium bowl mix together flour, chili powder, cayenne pepper & salt & pepper to taste.

    Place the soaked onions in the flour and cover, then place in the hot oil and fry until a golden brown.

    To Assemble Burger:

    Remove from oil and place on a paper towel.

    Place bacon & cheese on burger while its still on the grill, cover & let cheese melt.

    Once cheese is melted, place the burger on the toasted bun and top with onion rings and place top of the bun and ENJOY!
