This recipe was made by Mallory, our summer intern and it’s absolutely delicious! She says, “My favorite thing to eat in the morning is a nice plate of scrambled eggs with sausage. I top the plate with fresh avocados and shredded cheddar cheese. Unfortunately, I don’t always have time to sit down and eat, and I have to take breakfast with me in the car. I’ve tried bringing the plate with me in the car, but that doesn’t work as well as I would like it to work! That is why I make breakfast burritos. They are a super simple way to eat all of your favorite breakfast items on the go and all rolled up in a tortilla for less of a mess.” So what do you think of our Taco Bratwurst Breakfast Burrito recipe? Using a taco brat gives the burrito a little extra kick with the taco seasoning and jalapeño peppers in the bratwurst, so you can feel free to substitute other sausages.
