Serves approximately 6 people
  • 6 LGCM Taco Bratwursts ( peeled open and cooked)
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese
  • 16 oz Sour Cream
  • 1 package Taco Seasoning ( 1.25 oz)
  • 1/2 head Iceberg Lettuce ( chopped)
  • 1 Tomato ( diced)

Directions

    In a sauté pan cut away the casings of the 6 bratwurst & cook  like ground beef.  Once cooked drain the fat & set the meat aside.

    In a bowl mix together cream cheese, sour cream & taco seasoning until thoroughly combined.

  • 3

    Take a plate or a dish and spread the cream cheese-sour cream mixture over the plate.

    Layer with the cooked Taco bratwurst, then lettuce, tomato & top it off with the shredded cheddar cheese.
