This dish is a delicious way to use lean and flavorful beef stew meat without making a traditional beef stew. Instead of root vegetables, use freshly steamed broccoli mixed with the tasty beef broth – soy sauce – garlic sauce. To quickly steam the broccoli, just add it to a microwavable bowl with 1/2″ of water, place a lid on it, and cook for 3 minutes. It’ll turn out perfectly. We seasoned with cinnamon to give a bit of extra flavor to the dish, but if you have it on hand, use a Chinese 5 Spice blend. It’ll taste even better. Do you have tips for this recipe?
