Salmon is a delicious and healthy fish that can be prepared in so many different ways! We love this easy to make recipe that uses smoky and salty flavors from a Scotch whiskey marinade combined with the woodsy flavor that comes from cooking the salmon on a cedar plank. Even if you don’t have a cedar plank, you can still make this recipe, just turn down the heat to make sure you don’t overcook the fish.
