Pizza and burgers are two great meals, so why not combine them? Use our Pizza Flavored Burger Patty and a puff pastry to make a delicious Pizza Puff! These are a very kid friendly dinner that everyone will love. Feel free to experiment and add your own favorite pizza toppings to make this a treat for all pizza lovers.

4 Puffs
  • 4 patty LGCM Pizza Flavored Burger
  • 4 slice Mozzarella Cheese
  • 2 cups Pizza Sauce
  • 4 sheet Puff Pastry
  • 2 Egg ( egg wash)
  • Adobo Seasoning ( add your favorite pizza toppings!)

Directions

    Place patties on a hot grill and cook for approximately 4-5 minutes each side..

    Remove cooked patties from grill and set aside.

    Place one piece of puff pastry dough down, &s poon 1/4 cup of pizza sauce on top. Place cooked burger on top, followed by 1/4 cup more sauce, & cheese.

    Coat the  dough around the edge of the burger with the egg wash. Place the other piece of dough on top, close together with a fork, and trim excess away.

    Let puff bake in a 400F oven for 10-12 minutes until dough is mostly cooked.

    Remove from oven & brush with egg wash to give it a nice golden brown.

    Bake for another 5 minutes, remove from oven and enjoy! Be careful they’ll be hot when they are fresh out of the oven.

    Customize by adding your own favorite pizza toppings in the puff!
