Beef Brisket is great for BBQ Beef Sandwiches. If you don’t have a smoker, or don’t want to watch a grill all day, this is an easy recipe to follow to make an Oven Roasted BBQ Beef Brisket. Simply rub, roast and slice. In this recipe, since we are oven roasting, we use a beef brisket flat piece, which has no fat cap on it. If you are smoking a beef brisket, we recommend using a beef brisket that does have a fat cap left on the meat.
