Have you ever enjoyed a grilled pizza? Grilling your pizza imparts a unique and delicious flavor to the crust, and keeps your house cool in the summer! Use our prebaked Golden Home Pizza Crusts, and our Pork Dogs to make this tasty creation. Add your own toppings within this recipe to make the pizza your own!

1 12" Pizza
  • 1 Golden Home Pizza Crust ( 12")
  • 1/2 cup LGCM BBQ Sauce
  • 2 LGCM Pork Dogs ( grilled and sliced)
  • 1 Tomato ( sliced)
  • 1 Yellow Onion ( sliced)
  • 10 slice Shullsburg Mozzarella Cheese

Directions

    PREPARE: Place pizza crust on a sheet pan and add the BBQ sauce followed by the toppings. Top moderately, because you don’t want to overload the pizza & make it hard to move on the grill.

    GRILL: Heat grill to a medium heat and place the pizza indirectly over the heat.  Cover the grill  and let it cook for about 9-10 minutes.  Rotate the pizza every 90 degrees throughout the cooking time to get a nice even color.

    ENJOY: Remove pizza from the grill, slice and enjoy!
