Yield

Boneless beef roasts generally serve 1 person per 1/2 lb. of meat, bone-in roasts generally serve 1 person per 3/4 lb. meat
  • Leahy's Angus Beef Roast
  • LGCM Ultimate Steak and Roast Rub
  • Olive Oil
  • Beef Broth

Directions

  • 1

Season your roast by rubbing it in olive oil and then shaking LGCM Ultimate Steak and Roast Rub all over it. This adds flavor and a delicious crust.

  • 2

Place your roast on a wire pan on top of a roasting pan and fill the bottom with beef broth. This will create a simple gravy and help keep the roast moist.

  • 3

Roast at 450F for 30 minutes to sear in the flavor.

  • 4

Turn down the oven to 350F and bake for 10-15 minutes per lb. until you reach an internal temperature of 140F. Check the roast early so you don’t overcook it!

  • 5

Let the roast sit for 15 minutes to allow the juices to settle.

  • 6

    Slice and enjoy!
