3 - 12" Pizzas
  • 1 package Golden Home Pizza Crust
  • 1 LGCM BBQ Sauce
  • 1 LGCM Bourbon Marinated Chicken Breast ( cooked and shredded)
  • 1 lb Mozzarella Cheese ( shredded)
  • 1 lb Cheddar Cheese ( shredded)
  • 1 Red Onion ( small, sliced)
  • Italian Seasoning

Directions

    Preheat oven to 425ºF.

    Note, if you do not wish to use the oven, this recipe is also great on the grill. Just grill the assembled pizzas for ~10 minutes over 425º of indirect heat, until the cheese is melted and the crust is crispy.

    Spread a thin layer of LGCM BBQ Sauce over each pizza crust, then evenly spread the shredded chicken and onions on top of the sauce. Top with a mixture of shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese, and season generously with Italian seasoning. Feel free to add extra ingredients if you’d like!

    Bake for 10 minutes until the cheese is melted, and the crust is crispy.

    Remove from oven, let sit for 3 minutes, slice and enjoy!
