This Father’s Day, we’ve been dry aging a limited number of Leahy’s Angus Beef Ribs in our coolers. We’ll release them on June 14th just in time for Father’s Day. This is your chance to reserve either a Dry Aged Rib Roast for $16.99/lb. or Dry Aged Rib Steaks for $17.99/lb. and experience the tender, complex flavor of dry aged beef. Dry aging further breaks down the protein structures in the beef to make the beef incredibly tender. Dry aging also adds a rich, buttery flavor to the beef that is only achievable through dry aging.
