Celebrate National Bourbon Day on June 14th with the release of our newest single barrel of Great Northern Distilling bourbon whiskey!
This will be the first private barrel release of Great Northern’s 30 gallon whiskey, which has more complexity than previous 10 gallon whiskeys, while retaining the signature fruit and spice characteristic you know and love. Bottles will be available for purchase at a special event only price.
In addition to the bourbon, we will be sampling cocktails made with Great Northern’s spirits, and most excitingly, whiskey washed cheeses from Hill Valley Dairy LLC. These incredibly flavorful and delicious cheeses are made by Ron Henningfeld, and sell out fast. You’ll be able to meet Ron, sample these cheeses, and have the first opportunity to purchase this batch of whiskey cheeses.
In addition to the whiskey, cocktails, and cheese, we’ll also have light snacks, and raffles to support Open Arms Free Clinic. Open Arms Free Clinic is an Elkhorn, WI based non-profit that provides free health care to qualified persons in the Walworth County community.
