Kelli Yarc (pictured above on the right, along with her daughter Ally on the left), is a rock star cattle rancher. Her Double Y Cattle Company in Libertyville, Illinois, has a herd of about 70 cows and raises high quality beef cattle from calves born right on the ranch. The cattle are an Angus – Hereford cross that have time on pasture (seen above), and are grain finished. You can learn all about how she raises cattle by listening to the podcast.
