Big news! Lake Geneva Country Meats’ retail market will be open on Sundays from 10 AM – 2 PM starting on September 24th, 2017. We are excited to begin offering this service to our customers. It is our hope that these new hours make it easier for you to fit a visit to LGCM in your weekly schedule. Keep reading for important details about our new Sunday hours.
What will be available during Sundays hours?
We will have a filled fresh meat case of boneless cuts of pork and beef, marinated chicken, and of course brats! We’ll also have deli meats & cheeses, select deli salads, plus our entire frozen selection as well as dry goods, produce, beer and wine. We won’t initially be cutting bone-in cuts of meat or making new deli salads on Sunday, so selections of these items may be a bit limited.
Will I be able to pick up processed animals on Sundays?
No, our processing department will continue to be closed on Sundays. You will not be able to pickup a processed animal or a wholesale order. While we were able to expand our retail staff to be open on Sundays, we are not able to expand the processing staff for processing to be open on Sundays. Thank you for your understanding.
Should I call ahead with my Sunday order?
If you are looking for a specific deli item, a bone-in cut of meat, or something that’s a bit unusual, definitely, yes, please call it in early! To guarantee you’ll get exactly what you need, please call us by 3:00 PM on Friday at 262-248-3339, option 3. We’ll then have your entire order ready and waiting for you. You’ll just need to walk in, tell us your name, check out and you’re set!
Why are you now open on Sundays?
