Smoked Kielbasa Medley
- 1 string Lake Geneva Country Meats smoked kielbasa
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 1 red pepper washed and sliced into julienne strips
- 1 green pepper washed and sliced into julienne strips
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/3rd cup honey
- 3 Tblsp. Kick N' Good mustard
- 1 tsp. Chili powder
- 1 12-ounce can beer
Slice kielbasa into in ½ inch medallions. Sauté onion and peppers in butter until onions are opaque and limp. Add sliced kielbasa and pour in ½ can of beer. Cook until beer is reduced by half and then add the remaining beer. Add honey, mustard and chili powder. Let simmer until sauce thickens. |
