Smoked Kielbasa Medley

  • 1 string Lake Geneva Country Meats smoked kielbasa
  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • 1 red pepper washed and sliced into julienne strips
  • 1 green pepper washed and sliced into julienne strips
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/3rd cup honey
  • 3 Tblsp. Kick N' Good mustard
  • 1 tsp. Chili powder
  • 1 12-ounce can beer

Slice kielbasa into in ½ inch medallions.  Sauté onion and peppers in butter until  onions are opaque and limp.  Add sliced kielbasa and pour in ½ can of beer.  Cook until beer is reduced by half and then add the remaining beer.  Add honey, mustard and chili powder.  Let simmer until sauce thickens.
