Buttery Garlic Grilled Chicken Breast Recipe
Perfectly grilled chicken breasts are a summer time treat that everyone can enjoy. Use our Buttery Garlic Rump Rub seasoning, and a simple brine to make perfectly grilled and deliciously flavored grilled chicken that your entire family will love. Serve with grilled vegetables for even more grilled flavor.

- 1 chicken breast serves 4-6 people
Ingredients
- Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
- Buttery Garlic Rump Rub
- 8 cup Water
- 2 Tbsp Salt
Directions
- Pour water into a large bowl, and add salt to make abrine. Whisk until salt is completely dissolved.
- Place chicken breasts in a sealed plastic bag and pound flat to about 3/4” thickness for even brining and grilling.
- Put chicken breasts in brine & place in refrigerator. Let sit for 1 hour.
- Remove chicken breasts from brine and pat dry with a paper towel.
- Liberally sprinkle Buttery Garlic Rump Rub on both sides of the Chicken Breasts and rub it into the meat. Let sit while grill is preheating.
- Preheat the grill to a medium heat, about 400F, and rub grates with oil.
- Place breasts on hot grill, and grill for about 5 minutes per side until the internal temperature reaches 165F.
- Remove from grill and enjoy!
