When we ship your product we will send the product frozen and in a reusable insulated cooler, insuring your products arrives in excellent condition. When you place your order, you will have the option to select your own date of delivery based on availability. As you finalize your order and select your arrival date, the appropriate shipping plus $19.95 packaging/handling charge will be applied.

Our guarantee policy only covers items shipped overnight as they are a perishable product.
