Orders will be shipped within 3 business days from receipt of order. Overnight delivery on most items. Perishables shipped in insulated poly foam containers. Restrictions may apply to orders shipped close to or during Holidays. We do not ship on Thursdays or Fridays. This is to ensure that the package is delivered overnight. When we ship your product we will send the product frozen and in a reusable insulated cooler, insuring your products arrives in excellent condition. When you place your order, you will have the option to select your own date of delivery based on availability. As you finalize your order and select your arrival date, the appropriate shipping plus $19.95 packaging/handling charge will be applied.

Our guarantee policy only covers items shipped overnight as they are a perishable product. We will make every effort to ship your order on the same day as we receive it, however, due to shipping pickups, your order may not ship until the following business day. You will be able to track your order via our shipping provider, which we can provide you with if you need the information.

To guarantee delivery, we must have proper and complete addresses. We are sorry but we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. Our shipping service will deliver to rural routes with complete addresses and telephone numbers.

Visa, MasterCard and Discover accepted for online orders. Since pricing fluxuates, we no longer post pricing online. To order online, simply add desired items to the cart and submit order. We will contact you with pricing and shipping costs before processing your order. At that time, we will ask your for your payment information.
