T-Bones, Rib-Eyes, New York Strips, Tenderloin Filets and Sirloin Steaks fill our cases offering a tempting array of choices for your dinner table. Freshly ground USDA Choice lean Beef is always displayed in bulk and will be packaged whichever way a customer prefers. Pork Chops cut thick, thin, or butterflied are all available for your plate along with Pork Loin Roasts, Pork Tenderloins and lean juicy Baby Back Ribs. Weekends will find our case loaded with a variety of fresh bratwurst ranging from the Traditional to Cherry, Onion and Garlic, Cheddar and Green Pepper, Portabella Mushroom and Swiss, and too many other varieties to mention. Finding it hard to decide on one flavor, many of our customers will choose two or three bratwurst of each variety for their weekend meals. In addition, we also carry bakery buns and breads to help complete your meal.

We also have freezer cases full of all varieties of Beef, Pork, Lamb, Veal, Chicken and Buffalo. You can find the usual varieties of steaks, ribs and chops, but you can also find the unusual items that can't be found in your standard grocery store. Beef Briskets, Flank Steaks, Skirt Steaks, Bone-in Sirloins Steaks, Bone-in Chuck Roasts, Oxtails, Side Pork, Pork Hocks, the list could go on and on. If we don't have something on hand which you are interested in, we can place a special order for you and call you when it is ready. We also carry meat bundles for the customer that can't use a full side of beef but would like a discounted meat package.

Our holiday season is always busy. We provide fresh turkeys for your Thanksgiving and Christmas meals and our Prime Rib Roasts are the main choice of many of our customers for the centerpiece of their Christmas meals. Whole Beef Tenderloins are another popular choice and you'd be hard pressed to find a finer cut of meat than our Tenderloins. We offer a lovely selection of holiday gift boxes in all price ranges. We can custom design gift boxes and many people find that the gift of meat is the perfect gift appreciated by everyone who is the lucky recipient. Gift certificates are a very popular item during the holiday season too. We ship anywhere in the USA and are able to send your loved ones whatever it is that you choose from the store wherever they may be. Easter finds us curing and smoking all our own Bone-in, Boneless, and Spiral-Cut Maple Sugar Cured Hams. Our Smoked Pork Chops are also a favorite among our customers, and whole smoked Loins can be ordered as well.

When the summertime hits, we go wild with the grilling season and the steaks, burgers and brats fly out the door. When you walk into our retail store you will find many unusual food items that are unique and of fabulous quality. Jams, jellies, marinades, spices, and meat rubs stock our shelves. We have varieties of barbecue sauce and steak sauces, a great line of gourmet mustards, pancake mixes and syrups, cranberry products and dog treats. We like to keep potatoes, peppers and onions on hand for our customers so they can pick up the meat and the vegetables in one easy stop.
