Our most recent addition to the Leahy’s Sausage lineup, the BCJ (as we like to abbreviate it) is a flavor explosion you don’t want to miss.

We start with our signature blend of lean pork and beef, and then add some of our own Grand Champion Bacon. On top of that bacon, we then throw in bits of Wisconsin Cheddar Cheese, and spicy, chopped Jalapeno Peppers. To top it all off, we throw this Bratwurst in our smokehouses and add some hardwood smoke. This bratwurst really kicks the flavors up to a new level and you have to give it a try!
