Quick n' Easy Honey Mustard Kielbasa
Serves 3 – 6
- 1 package Lake Geneva Country Meats Smoked Kielbasa
- 3 tbsp Kick n' Good Mustard (available from LGCM)
- 1 12 ounce bottle of dark beer
- 1/3 cup Honey
- 3 tbsp Butter
- 1 tbsp Chili Powder
- 1 Sweet Onion, sliced
- 1 Red Pepper, julienned
- 1 Green Pepper, julienned
- 1 Yellow Pepper, julienned
Melt butter in a skillet, and saute onions and peppers until limp. Slice Kielbasa into pieces and add to skillet. Pour in ½ bottle of beer, and cook until beer is reduced slightly. Add the rest of beer, honey, mustard, and chile powder. Cook until sauce is thickened and is a glaze on the sausage.
